My Shopping Cart
Using your shopping cart is simple. To add an item to your cart, click the add to cart button underneath the item that you wish to purchase. The item will be added to you cart instantly and is viewable in the mini-cart located on the right hand side of the page. Items added to your shopping cart can also be viewed by selecting "My Cart" at the top right hand side of any page. To remove an item from your cart, click remove on the "My Cart" page. You can also estimate tax and shipping totals from the "My Cart" page.

My Wishlist
Your wishlist allows you to save items that you are thinking about buying. In order to use the wishlist feature, you must first login or register for an account. To add items to your wishlist, simply select add to wishlist on any product page.
Because our products are handmade, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. The status of an item is listed on each individual product page. Backordered items are available for purchase and are shipped immediately after the stock has been replenished.

Ordering Online
eGift Certificates can be redeemed towards any Spice Cosmetics™ purchase. To purchase a eGift Certificate, simply select the denomination, fill in the recipient's name, e-mail address, and your customized message and proceed to the checkout. eGift Certificates are delivered electronically, therefore the recipient must have email and internet access in order to receive and redeem their certificate. To make a purchase using your eGift Certificate, add selected items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout, enter all required information including your eGift pin.

Sales Tax
Spice Cosmetics™ is required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

Payment Methods
Spice Cosmetics™ proudly accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Spice Cosmetics eGift Certificates. Regretfully, we do not accept COD'S, personal checks, money orders, or layaway plans. While payments are processed via Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criteria or the criteria set forth by Paypal.

Order Processing
We strive to have all orders processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except for major holidays and observances. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the following business day.

Anti-Fraud
In an effort to deter and prevent fraud, Spice Cosmetics™ verifies all methods of payment in connection to any given transaction. Spice Cosmetics™ reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Internet theft is a serious offense and will not be tolerated. If it is deemed that a transaction is clearly fraudulent or harbors malicious intent, appropriate action will be taken. In the event that payment for a shipped order was fraudulently reversed by you or a third party processor (i.e. PayPal) acting on your behalf, you are responsible for immediate payment. Individuals who have committed fraud or submitted illegitimate claims will be reported to the following federal and local agencies:
- United States Postal Service (federal mail fraud report)
- Local police/law enforcement agency (criminal theft)
- The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center
- Collection Agency (recovery of delinquent account)
- All major credit bureaus (delinquent account; 7 years)

- Standard Delivery: Orders shipped via our standard $3 flat rate option are delivered 5-7 business days from the date that the order was shipped.
- 2nd Day Delivery: Orders shipped via 2nd day service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the date that the order was shipped.
- Overnight Delivery: Orders shipped via overnight service are delivered within 1 business day from the date that the order was shipped.
